Francesca Gordon-Smith is a certified confidence coach and public speaking trainer. She is organising a free training session on Saturday 25th July.
Francesca helps people to release limiting beliefs and boosts their confidence through Neuro Linguistic Programming, hypnotherapy and Auto-Suggestion. She uses these therapies alongside practical training in communication skills and public speaking, which means that her clients have a reason for being so confident; they become extremely competent communicators.
In a bid to make people more aware of the help that is out there, Francesca is running a FREE confidence boosting and phobia session on Pages Lane in Muswell Hill on Saturday 25th July, from 2pm-7pm.
Francesca says ' It is amazing how the mind can protect us from phobias such as public speaking or spiders for no rational reason, as an NLP practitioner, I can re-programme people’s minds, so that they have a healthier mental attitude towards life'.
This session is for anyone who has a phobia or who feels they could do with being more confident in social or work situations. It is particularly beneficial for those who have a fear of public speaking.
