We are currently living in central London and are looking into the Crouch End, Angel/Islington/Highbury&Islington or Victoria/Pimlico areas but would consider any place within zone 1-3 close to a good range of transports.
We are looking for a safe, clean and quiet place and have been renting in London for the past 10 years privately.
Our budget is around £235.00 per week.
No ground floor or basement please.
Preferrably unfurnished.
We are looking for 12 month lease but would consider longer.
