The flat: 1 bedroom flat, relatively large, with wooden floor and large windows. the bedroom is on the courtyard side, so there is no noise at night
The rent: 310 pw
The location: very central. 1 min far from Piccadilly circus, 5 min far from Tottenham Court Road / Leicester Square, 10 min far from Oxford Circus / Green Park, next to cinemas, bars, clubs, a few (michelin starred or not) restaurants and loads of grocery shops.
