I want to exchange my own Lovely and central Flat in Paris for an equivalent in London, from May (approximately), for a medium to a long term swap : 2months min to more.
I’m a student at Imperial College London, Business School, till late September 2011 and hopefully working in London after that. I’m currently doing a flat swap, with no pb at all, but that one is supposes to stop around early May.
My flat is a big white studio (40 m²=47.83 yd sq) with a splendid view on the Eiffel Tower, the Montparnasse Tower & the sunset. It’s ALL furnished, very clear and clean, quiet, lots of light, 6th floor, no elevator. It is usually rent for 1200 euros/month. The apartment is located in a lovely district with all facilities in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, near the joyful area of Montparnasse (5min walk).
Easy access to the very centre of Paris (20min transit by tube/bus).
I would like to exchange/swap it for a flat anywhere in central or east LONDON even a smaller one (!).
